Our delicious smoked brisket, melted colby jack cheese, carmalized onions and your choice of sauced or plain on a fresh semolina roll.
Pulled pork sandwich
Our delectable, moist pulled pork on a fresh ciabatta roll with choice of with or without our delicious, homemade tangy North Carolina style mustard based BBQ sauce
Shaved pork loin sandwich
Our delicious smoked pork loin, shaved very thin, with melted pepper jack cheese on a fresh ciabatta roll with baby arugula, pickled red onions, pickled serano or other in season spicy pepper slices and a medium spice level siracha mayo. If spice isn't your thing we got you covered, we can also make yours with melted colby jack, no pickled peppers and a delicious garlic aioli.
The Juicy Brucie
Our take on the classic Juicy Lucy featuring our own blend of brisket and pork shoulder(for fat content) aproximately 70/30 with a melted colby jack center, lettuce tomato and caramalized onions on a brioche roll. We also will be offering with bacon as well.

Puff pastry round baked to golden brown perfection with our homemade apple pie filling, vanilla ice cream and our homemade caramel sauce drizzled over top.
